SHIPMENT DEALY NOTICE
Affected by Covid-19, USA / Canada / Spain delivery has a several days delay.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

*If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

SHIPPING METHOD & COST

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
*For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers

Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Lulacola Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
